 How long are shipping times?

Your products are scheduled to ship within 2 to 7 business days from the date of your order placement. Once shipped, it may take up to two weeks for your items to reach your doorstep. Rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way with timely notifications and tracking information throughout the processing of your order.

 

What's your return policy?

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return! We are very proud of the products we sell and we want your So Adogable pup and you to enjoy them. However, we do have a maximum 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For items to be eligible for return they must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for returns, or their return process may need to be initiated earlier than the standard 14 days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return eligibility or process for your specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you with any inquiries and ensure a smooth experience.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label by email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

Rest assured, if your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, you have the option to cancel your order. However, please keep in mind that occasionally orders are dispatched before we can complete the cancellation process. If you do receive the package after canceling, don't worry! You can simply choose to recycle it, donate it, or enjoy the contents as a bonus surprise. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure a positive experience every step of the way.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong size, color, or a defective item, please notify us promptly within 24 hours by emailing customerservice@soadogable.com. Be sure to include photos of the issue along with a detailed explanation. Rest assured, we are dedicated to collaborating with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

While we don't offer exchanges as a policy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you didn't receive the exact product you expected for any reason, please reach out to us. We'll do everything we can to ensure your So Adogable pup gets the product they need.
